It is true that almost all the major broadcast technology companies have committed their participation in the IBE as a definitive internationally reco-gnized broadcast industry platform that is industry- owned.
One Clear result of the creation of the IBE is that the era of the private broadcast expo is over and done with

in India. Now the industry itself shall govern the broadcast exposition, convention, and conferences as too much is at stake.
The AIBMDA is formed and all the companies whether Indian or subsid-iaries of foreign companies or distrib-utors are expected to become members of the AIBMDA. The pro-cess of membership will continue and the main purpose of AIBMDA is to have co-ownership of IBE and ben-efit from the profits of the Conve-ntion and Expo,
While adding its entire membership strength to the IBE with the obje-ctive that the member if the AIMBDA will not participate in the competing private expo which does not benefit the industry. Satish Agar-wal, Managing Director of VTI, is the Convener of the AIMBDA. The AIBMDA will have its head office in Delhi and branch office in Mumbai and Chennai.

The IABM has shown tremendous sense of responsibility and in its gui-dance to the IBE has contributes in creating India’s internationally-recog-nized expo. The IABM will continue to support the IBE and represent the global manufacturers of the broadcast manufacturing equipments. The IMG is another facet of the IBE which will indeed contribute in an unique manner in participation of the broadcasters.
